The Vista Mauá building lies 50 meters away from Rio Branco Avenue, one of the most important access paths to Rio’s downtown area, and at less than 250 meters from Mauá Square. This square has been receiving heavy urbanistic investments with good examples of preserved buildings, high density of institutional buildings and development of tourism and entertainment activities.

As one of Rio’s few triple A class office buildings, the Vista Mauá reflects the economic growth of the city. Overviewing the Guanabara Bay on one side and looking out over the Sugar Loaf on the other, the building stands as a mirror reflecting the beauty of the Wonderful City. It is the city’s second architectural project designed by the renowned US architecture firm KPF. Being assigned the LEED Gold pre-certification, Vista Mauá is designed to meet the requirements of national and multinational companies in search of high quality real estate development projects.
